Its that time of the year again to share our seasonal favorites with family and friends.

There are several ethnic dishes we enjoy every year in the Ross Family from Italian, Irish, and Polish cuisines. Suffed Cabbages or Halupkies (as we say in Pittsburgh) are on the production list for this week, as well as lasagnas.
